    Hi there,

What exactly do you want to renew? The account you’re using to post here was created only 2 months ago, and does not own any upgrades to renew.

The account created two months ago was to be my new and improved site, but the developer didn’t finish it. I have a primary website, which has been live for 1 year, which you took down and said I need to renew. It’s hrextensioninc.com.

You will need to log in as the username, hrextensioninc, as that’s the account that owns the upgrade.

Once you are logged in as that account, you can renew the upgrade from the Purchases page:

So I logged into the account and went to purchases. I actually want to renew but the only option is “Upgrade”. So I pressed that button and it gave me three options. The highest was for $24.99 for business. When I pressed that key it wanted to charge me $299.00! I don’t even know it is going to renew my primary website versus the temp site brought up 2 months ago. I am TOTALLY frustrated!!!!!!!!

You are still logged in as hrextension. You need to log out of this account, clear your browser cache and cookies to make sure you’re completely logged out, and then log in as hrextensioninc. This is a completely different username account.

Ok. I’m out of everything but this screen. I see that hrextension.wordpress.com is my temp site for making changes. My primary website that I am trying to bring back up is hrextensioninc.com. I found it listed and the first page of content, but when you follow the link to the site, it says it’s “expired.” I need this back up NOW! Tell me what to do! The website is NOT helpful!!!

This is the username you’re currently logged in as: hrextension

This is the username that owns the site: hrextensioninc

The two are different. The two accounts use completely different email addresses and have different passwords.

You’re logged into the wrong account. This is not something I can fix from my end. You need to log into the correct account.
