    I’ve only just seen the emails that my domain has expired – I would like to renew this ASAP but cannot find an option to renew in my own WordPress dashboard. And I’m not able to contact support for some reason?

    Hi there, thank you so much for your help! I can confirm the domain is up and running again – however when I view it on my WordPress purchases, it still says the domain has expired and needs to be renewed – will it just take a moment to reflect the changes?

  • Yes, it may take a moment before that is updated, but let us know if that does not change. I see that right before the domain expired and entered redemption, you were transferring the domain over to Bluehost?

    I see that the nameservers are currently pointed to a site hosted there. The domain has been locked for at least 60 days with WordPress.com due to the renewal, but you can transfer the domain after that 60-day period if you prefer.

    Hi there, the domain is no longer working again and isn’t showing up in my account anymore, and I’m unable to receive emails to my domain address again. I’m unsure as to what happened and why this issue has occurred. Would appreciate your help with this!
