Domain Renewal

  I switched from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and was told by my web developer that I didn’t need to renew with wordpress.com when I was prompted to do so. Now my site won’t load and I was told by my host (siteground) that it’s a domain issue. Now I can’t find the option to renew my site for $34 which is what I have always paid. I only see upgrade options. Please help! I need to get my site live asap!
