Domain Renewal

    Hello,
    I previously had a domain purchased with you and I was wondering how I can renew it and if it is possible. I didn’t realize it was expiring because I never got an email. Now it says the domain name is taken so Im not sure if it is possible to get it back. Someone else informed me that the registration process for this domain has not been completed. Could it become available again?

  • Hi there,

    That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

    How do I set up the payment and is pay pal accepted?

  • I’ve sent you a payment link via email. I’m not sure if you’ll be able to pay directly via PayPal. Let me know if you don’t see that option and I can ask if there is any alternative option.

    Once we receive your payment I can email our registrar to restore the domain, and from there it should be back within 48 hours.
