  Hi, I have bought umiterlim.com domain name 3 years ago from WordPress. I have renewed it since then, until last month. Unfortunately, I missed the renewal time but I would like to get my domain name back, so can you please help me to renew again. Best wishes, Umit Erlim

  Hi there,
  When a domain expires it falls into a grace period for about 10 days to 2 weeks, during this period the domain can be renewed at the regular price.

  After this, the domain falls under the redemption period(length can vary). You can also renew your domain during this period, but you will charged an extra $80.00 redemption fee along with the regular renewal cost.

  NOTE:

  During the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.

  This domain is in redemption since it failed to be renewed. We can try to get it back for you. To do that, our domain partner will charge an $80 redemption fee. Please confirm that you agree to that redemption fee and I can get that process started.
