  I totally forgot to renew my domain name and the auto renewal didnt work due to the card expiring. Can someone help please? Thanks so much

  Hi there,

  Your domain has already been removed from our system, but it looks like it might not be in redemption yet, so I might be able to get it back without it costing any additional fee. I’ve contacted our registrar to restore the domain, and I’ve sent you a link via email to pay the regular renewal fee. Please pay that as soon as possible, then I can reactivate the domain the moment it’s restored.

  However, please be aware that should our registrar reply that the domain is already in redemption we need to pay them an additional $80 fee to get it back. In that case I’ll need you to agree to the fee before we can go ahead with the process, but I’ll let you know once our registrar replies to my email.

  Our registrar has replied that the domain is already in redemption, and we’ll need to pay them the $80 fee to recover it.

  I’ve cancelled the previous payment request I’d sent you. Please let me know if you agree to the redemption fee, and I’ll send a new payment link so we can recover your domain.
