Domain renewal

  I’ve been trying to renew my site for a while now. I know that i need to pay $80 because it’s in redemption period. My messages keep being forwarded to a word press “expert” but no communication after that. Can you please help me through this once and for all. It’s really disappointing having to beg for this info about domain renewal.

  Hi Joseph,

  I can see a member of staff contacted you by email on 18th August 2017. The email was sent to the address on your Account Settings page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  They included a payment link which you can use to pay the redemption fee and domain renewal cost. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam and social folders in case it has gone there.
