  Hi,

  I need help with renewing my domain: yanyanko.com

  How can I proceed?

  It looks like your domain has been already expired, I will add modlook on this post so someone from Happiness team will get check in the system and if it’s possible to recover they’ll definitely help you.

  If the domain is expired, and the Happiness team won’t be able to help, it means that it can take up to 90 days until the domain will be available for repurchase?

  I just checked back again, I am sorry for the wrong information
  it looks like your domain is not expired yet,
  please check: https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=yanyanko.com

  But what I would suggest is to wait for Staff’s or Happiness Engineer’s reply on this post.

  Usually, You are able to renew from “My Sites” > Select your site> “Plan” tab.
  Are you able to see there?

  Again I apologize for wrong information about domain expiry.

  Have you checked the “Billing history”?
  which is on the same page you’ve shared the screenshot with us.

  Or did you have any another WordPress.com on which that site was linked?
