Domain Renewal

  Hello, I use to have http://www.loganly.com registered with my loganly.wordpress.com – and I got an email about how it’s supposed to be renewed on 2018-03-23. My domain is no longer linked to my wordpress and I was wondering what had happened to it?

  “If your domain does not offer the option to redeem it yourself it will be removed from your account when it enters the Redemption Period. In that case, please contact support for help redeeming the domain, and we will send you a link to make the required payment so we can recover the domain.”

  Can someone help me with this? How do I get the link in order to redeem and recover the domain?

  Hi there,

  It looks like the renewal for that domain did not go through, and it expired on 23 May. We sent you several more emails after the initial renewal reminder, including when our autorenew attempts failed, and both us and our registrar sent you other expiration notices in the week right before, and the day right after the domain expired. If you didn’t receive these it’s possible your email filtered them as spam.

  Our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ve sent you a link via email to pay that fee and the renewal fee for the domain. Once we receive your payment we can email our domain provider to request that they restore the domain.

  Hello! I just paid my Domain Late Renewal Fee along with the Domain Registration. How and where do I access my domain name and use it again?

  Thank you for your payment. I have emailed our domain provider to ask that they restore the domain. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

  Recovering a domain from redemption is a manual process. We have to wait for someone at our domain provider to read my email, and click a button to restore the domain, and then reply to me so I can manually reconnect the domain to your account on our end. You won’t be able to access the domain again until this process has been completed.

  We usually hear from our domain provider within 24 hours.
