Domain renewal

  I’ve received a message from WordPress saying that my domain: citygongfu.com is going to expire. Please can you tell me how to renew?

  This is a new WordPress.com account you have just created. You’ll need to log into the correct account to renew that domain. There should have been a link included in the email reminder. I have added the modlook tag to ask a member of staff to confirm the correct username you should be using.

  Hi chuinkee,

  citygongfu.com was purchased through another account, which is why there is no option to renew it from the one you are currently logged in to.

  
  @themagicrobot is correct — please log out of chuinkee, then log back in with the username citygongfu or the email address your renewal reminder was sent to. You should see the option to renew your domain from the Manage Purchases page in that account.
