Hello,
I’d to renew the following domain: thepurpleco.net
Can you provide me with the steps to renew the domain?

Your domain was first purchased in July 2016. Last year around this time you recovered the domain from the redemption period. I’m curious to know if by doing that the domain resets to September or if the July expiry date still applies. I see that someone has added the modlook tag for staff intervention.
PS: It would be a good idea to enable auto renewal. -
Hi there,
As the domain expired back in July it is currently in redemption. I have emailed you a manual payment link to start the redemption process, the process typically takes about 5 business days to complete but is some cases less.
Once the payment is made reply back here and we’ll move on to the next step on our end.
