Domain Renewal

    Dear Sir/Madam:
    I am trying to renew my subscription of juliocdantas.net. While the email I have received from you tells me I can renew for $18.00 when I go to your site I only have the option to upgrade to a monthly charge. Please advise. I have been trying to do this a little while now. Thank you, JC

    That domain expired and is now in the redemption period. It is now more complicated and expensive to recover the domain. I have added a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could reply to you. In the meantime see:

    Hi –

    I’ve confirmed the domain is in redemption. In order to get it back we need help from our domain partner, they charge an $80 fee for this in addition to your annual renewal with us.

    Before we can go forward we need confirmation that you’ll agree to that payment. Normally, the entire process only takes 2-3 days.
