Domain renewal

I am trying to renew a domain but it is saying I must contact support cos I am no longer a user to another account from who I bought the domain.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If the domain has to remain connected to the current WordPress.com site, jokcannon.wordpress.com, then the owner of that site,
jokcannon, will have to add you back to the site as an admin to allow you to renew that domain. If you’re no longer involved with running that site I would suggest you then also transfer ownership of the domain tojokcannonso they can be responsible for renewing it going forward.Or otherwise I can move the domain over to one of the WordPress.com sites you own. In that case the domain will stop showing the site at jokcannon.wordpress.com, and that site will revert back to the free address.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

I don’t need it to show that site. Please transfer the domain to my own account so I can renew it.
It is on self hosted WordPress now.

Okay, I’ve connected the domain to the thebottomcorner1.wordpress.com site in your account instead, so you will now be able to renew it from the Purchases page.
Just to clarify, the domain must be connected to a WordPress.com site for you to be able to access its settings. But it’s not the primary domain on that site so that site is still accessible at its free address, while the domain will load your self-hosted site.
