Domain Renewal

    I have been notified that the domain of our organization – westcurc.org – will soon expire and apparently needs to be renewed by someone who is no longer part of the organization. How can I renew the domain? Your online instructions are not helpful.

    Hi, the upgrade is owned by user cincysummit. Starting with the easiest option first, if you got the notification via email, you can reset the password and log in as that user, then renew as you’d like.

    If the notification went to the old user who is not a part of your organization anymore, they can contact us about transferring ownership if they’re willing, or if your organization paid for upgrades, we can have you reach out to our account recovery team to see what options are available.
