Domain Renewal

  Hi,
  I received an email about my domain (devops-zone.com) is about to expire. I do not see any information under https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
  so can’t renew it from there. I guess originally the domain wasn’t purchased via WordPress. Where/how can I renew it?

  Although that domain points to Mochahost it was purchased here at WordPress.com and it is here that you need to renew it. If you don’t see it listed under this account perhaps you have another account? This thread has been tagged to ask if a member of staff could advise you.

  My suggestion is to try signing in at WordPress.com with the email address where you received those notifications about the domain expiration. If needed, reset the password.
