  Am trying to renew my domain but I log on, I can’t find it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you can post here you’re already logged into WordPress.com.

  But your domain, uganswa.org, is not registered with us. It looks like that domain is registered at Bluehost.com, so you need to log in over there to renew it.

  I get reminders from WordPress about my domain GLAPD.org about to expire, when I logon I can’t see it in my account. Why not send me an invoice to renew. Thanks

  glapd.org belongs to a completely different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently logged into.

  If you log out of this account, and log into the correct account, you’ll be able to renew that domain. Only the account that owns a domain can renew it.

  Can someone please answer me about the email. Is it possible for one to have same email for two different accounts. I get reminders for my domain glapd.org but when i logon I can only see one domain uganswa.org, both domain were got through wordpress.

  The emails you’ve received are coming directly from our registrar partner, and are going to the email address you provided as the domain admin email when you registered it. That email address is the same as the one used for this WordPress.com account.

  But you bought the domain using a different WordPress.com account, associated with a completely different email, and our renewal reminders would have been sent to that email address, starting at least two months ago.

  You need to log into the WordPress.com account associated with your other email address in order to renew this domain.

  If you no longer have access to that email, you need to follow our account recovery process to regain access to the correct account.

  I get that! so the issue i have now is that I forgot the account i used for the domain. glapd.org. what solutions are available to me.
  Assuming the domain expires, which is very likely. How long will it be before I can get it back?
