Domain Renewal

I cannot seem to renew my domain. I was not receiving emails from my ex business partner and need to renew/recover it but cannot seem to find a way to do that despite following all of the instructions outlined. I’m assuming it has gone beyond that period.

That domain is not expired. It was renewed on 25 July and only expires on 24 August 2020.
But our logs show you then cancelled that domain yesterday, so it was removed from your account.
To reactivate the domain we’ll have to email our domain provider to request that they restore it to our system. Please confirm if you want to restore the domain, and we can get that process started.
