Domain renewal

  My domain has expired and I’m trying to retrieve it been when I click on the link it says, ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.’ I need to access my account history but nothings coming up. I have been a customer for over 6 years and this has never happened. Please help.

  What’s your domain name? I don’t see any domains ever registered on the account you’re contacting us from.

  Can you advise how I can retrieve my domain name zemos.com. According to secureserver.net, they advise that it is registered with WordPress.com

  “I understand that you are writing in about your domain name. I show this domain name is currently registered with WordPress.com for help with this domain you need to contact them. As we do not provide support here for them. We only provide a connection to the registry for them and do not have access to accounts or the ability to make any changes on their servers to the domain name. You must go through them for all of that.”

  @freshzoneii, the domain zemos.com is registered by Wild West Domains through Domains Priced Right so you’ll want to ping them for any help with managing the domain.
