Domain Renewal

  We purchased our domain registrar through you guys and the domain went down to lack of payment. Is there someone that you can contact to renew the subscription? I have spoken with Google Suite and our Hosting company and they are not recieving MX Records so all the emails with @domainname.com are not working as well. Which is the email that is attached to the account jpadmin@domain name. If I can somehow get the email sent correctly and or get payment in I can correct the issue. How should I proceed?

  If you don’t remember the email associated with the WordPress.com account that owns that domain, then you need to use the Account Recovery form:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  I do have a confirmation email that states the activation, unfortunately I do not have any codes with that. When the account switched hands changes were made to the account but this should be able to be tracked. I originally started the account but when I click password recovery its going to another account that was associated and we do not have access to that. My personal email account was the email used to purchase the domain. When I check the domains and or purchases it only shows a different project domain.

  At some point something was switched, we just want to get payment to you guys and fix this issue. I will send images of the emails, I can verify the account number but that is coming back as there is an error with that transaction. If there is any way we can verify these things via phone or messenger we are all about it. Thanks for your help fstat.

  See how it is showing elitstdesign is the account posting this response? I logged into the account under the original email and this is the account attached. DenDenbubba is the other account that was created. If this account has no affiliation then we need to figure out the original. We need help… we apologize for any inconvenience.
