Domain Renewal

    I need to renew my domain. I clicked on an alert that had a link for me to be able to renew. I accidentally closed the window and now that same alert notification takes me nowhere. What do I have to do to renew it? I keep being run in circles saying that the domain is in use and unavailable when I’M the one that owned it.

    Hi @hydroxmuzik, we can help with that. We just need you to log into the correct account first.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the account you’ll need to use.
