  I need help renewing my domain name in WordPress. It has been removed from the purchases section on my account page and is longer an option to do so. Any ideas?

  Hi there,

  That domain expired on 20 February, and is now in redemption with our domain provider.

  I’ve sent you a link via email which you can use to pay for the domain’s redemption and renewal. Once we receive that payment, we can email our domain provider to restore the domain.

  Just wanted to let you know that your domain is redeemed and is back on your account! You’ll be able to manage it in your dashboard at Manage > Domains.
