  I received a notice that my domain is expiring soon but I cannot figure out how to renew the domain when I go to my profile page??

  Hi, my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  If you can’t log in, could you send a link to the domain?
