Domain renewal

  The renewal fee was due 9 days ago – but I hadn’t realised the payment card registered was one that was cancelled a few months ago and therefore the payment wasn’t made. Can the domain be renewed now? Over previous years the domain renewal fee has been £15 per annum but I can only see the £3 per month or £7 per month option – has the domain pricing changed?   The WordPress.com user account that you are posting from doesn’t appear to have any upgrades associated with it.

  When this happens, it’s often because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into it to renew.

  What is the domain you are looking to renew?

  Thanks. The domain is oxforddanceforum.com. It should still be in the ‘Grace’ period and I would like to renew it, but there isn’t an option to renew in the Manage Purchases part of the site. Please can you advise how I can renew? Many thanks
