domain renewal

    Hello,
    I have no good excuse, except that I rarely check my gmail and I missed the notification to renew my domain name. Is there anything that I can do to rectify this?

    Hi Kate, no problem. It looks like the domain itself was fine and you just missed the domain mapping renewal.

    The bad news: I can’t add that particular upgrade again as it was retired several years ago.

    The good news: if you’ll add a Personal plan, you’ll get to re-map the domain (domain mapping is now free with all paid plans.) That will also remove our ads from the site, give you extra space, and give you access to direct support.
