Domain renewal

  I keep receiving emails that say that my domain name will expire. But When I click on the link provided: To renew, go to your domains dashboard on WordPress.com.

  It takes me to a page that says ‘Domains are not available for this site.’ I moved the server from WordPress to SiteGround but I still use WordPress to run my site. Can someone explain to me how to renew my domain?

  Hi there!

  What is the domain in question? It’s possible that it was registered under a different account – make sure you’re logged in with the same email address that the notification was sent to.
