Good Evening,
I would like to renew an expired domain but it does not display and an option under manage purchases, can you please advise how to do this?
(It was set up for autorenewal but the credit card has expired I have since updated the card details on the word press site)

From what I can see, you last renewed your domain on Aug 19, 2019, which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
However, I don’t see a renewal on Aug 19 2020, and can confirm that your domain expired for lack of payment at that time. The good news is that we may still be able to recover it for you, and there is not a late recovery fee, which has been waived due to COVID.
You will need to pay the standard renewal fee ($18 USD) so please check your inbox for the invoice we just sent.
After you make payment please return here to let us know so we can take the next step of recovering the domain.
