  Hello I cannot renew my domain as it expired. Can you help me renew it ?

  You might be able to redeem it yourself. If your domain has that option it will still appear under your account Purchases after it enters redemption, and clicking the Renew Now button will cause the redemption fee of $80 to be added to the cart automatically.

  I would suggest enabling auto renew in future so you never have to worry about losing control of your domain. You can do that by following this link: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#turn-on-automatic-renewal

  – Your domain is in the process of being recovered. This will take 3-7 business days to complete and we’ll notify you as soon as it is done.
  – We refunded $50 to the same payment method you used. This is because the redemption fee for .fr domains is $30 (we got confused because the fee is $80 for .com domains).
