  hi i hope you are having a nice day. I forgot i owned this domain and do not need it anymore. is there a way for me to release the domain and get my money back? thank you

  What domain are you referring to? I do not see any custom domains under your account.

  I also am not very happy that this has to be a public forum i would like to speak to someone privately about my account please. i don’t think that the only customer support service you offer should be just a public forum. i understand this is not your fault as you are an employee but this is very frustrating to me. if there is a number is it not easy to find. thank you for your help

  Hi, we can cancel the domain. It would not be released soon though as it would go through a redemption process, so if you’ll want to use it elsewhere, please transfer it instead.
