  I am having difficulty renewing my domain at nourishingvancouver.com. My payment method has changed and I need help please.

  Hello. As I can see, the domain nourishingvancouver.com is available for sale.Please, verify if the name is correct because is not normal to the domain to go back to the pool as soon as it expire. First it goes through the Grace Period, which can be 10-14 days. Then it’ll enter the Redemption Period, lenght can vary. Only if you didn’t renewed during these steps, it will be released.

  However I do not see a renewal in March of 2021, and can confirm that nourishingvancouver.com has expired due as there was no payment by the renewal date. The good news is that we may be able to recover your domain, but there will be a late renewal fee to do so.

  Hi @kleyhalisson not sure where you have seen that, but I can confirm that when I check the public WHOIS data, the domain is showing as Status: redemptionPeriod which would indicate it is not for sale… it would need to exit the redemption period (which is several months) in order to be available for sale again.

  Hi staff-totoro, I looked it up at this site: https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=nourishingvancouver.com
  It says that this domain isn’t registered. But I’ll switch my searches to gwhois.org from now on.

  Ah gotcha, I think that particular tool has trouble with correctly seeing domains in redemption @kleyhalisson. I use it from time to time as well, but WHOIS generally is more accurate. Thanks for the help! o/

  We received your payment yesterday, and our registrar has redeemed your domain. It’s now back in your account and showing your site again.
