Domain Renewal

  Just received an email saying my domain will renew automatically. How do I stop this happening? I’ve read the FAQ but it doesn’t help, as no ‘purchases’ are showing.

  The site I need help with is petespots.wordpress.com.

  mycanoeandme.com ? Sorry, but I don’t really understand how all this works. Everything I try gets me to petespots.wordpress.com I was fine with WordPress as it was about 5 years ago, but later revisions have left me stranded.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
