I need to renew my domain but I can’t navigate the website.

Hey there, I see a few issues here:
– You’re logged into another account. Can you log out, and log back in using the account that gets renewal reminders by email?
– You’ve filed a fraud report with the bank, which automatically canceled the domain. That needs to be addressed right away. I recommend contacting the bank to have the chargeback lifted, then getting in touch from the right account.
From there, if we hurry, we can get the domain back. You’ll have a short grace period before the domain goes into redemption at the registry (which makes it far more difficult and costly to get the name back) so we’ll want to hurry and sort things out before then.
