Domain renewal

  I bought http://www.zeynepsafakucar.com for my friend last year and I create an account for her. Her web site will be expire May 2 . But now neither she or I cant renewal web site from our account. I invite her and she invite me but we couldt solve the problem.

  Hi there,

  You will need to log in to the account via the username which originally purchased the domain. That user was umutdikici, so you will need to log in via that username and renew the domain name.

  It is not solve my problem. I select renew domain but later this message come :

  Ah, I see! It appears that the owner of the blog has removed the username umutdikici as a user on the blog. In order to log back in, they will need to re-add you by following the instructions which are listed here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  Alternatively, if you would like I can transfer the responsibility for those upgrades over to the owner of that blog.

  Hi there,

  OK, you’re all sorted! The ownership of the domain zeynepsafakucar.com has been transferred to the owner of the blog zeynepsafakucar.wordpress.com and they are now responsible for it! I have sent an email to that person as well to let them know that they will need to renew the domain or it will be expiring.
