Domain Renewal and Login Access

I am seeking assistance with logging into my site to renew my domain. When I go to the admin login page, I am directed to a Jetpack login with a different email address that I own. I am in an endless loop when trying to login and purchase my domain renewal.

eevancope.com. I would like to renew the domain, forward it to evancope.com, and cancel my current hosting. I am having a new website built. My web dev team can do this, but we are unable to login to the website. There is a slack login that creates an endless loop of wrong logins.

Thank you very much for your help. I was able to login and renew the domain. I would like to forward this domain to another domain that I will be using. After looking at the support forum, it appears I need to add a redirect plugin to do so. When I go to add a plugin, I am unable to download one. The main WP admin area does not have Plugins on the left side menu like it does with other WP sites. It appears the Plugins link is in the Jetpack menu. When clicking that, I am given a 403 error saying I do not have access. Please advise on how to redirect the URL to another.
