domain renewal appears on wrong user account

In the past, I paid for the domain mapping for a client’s site, but I am not the primary Administrator. The primary Administrator is not seeing the Renew Now notice. I went ahead and paid for the renewal, but is there a way to map the upgrades and renewal notices to the primary Administrator’s user account for future billing cycles?
