Domain renewal – cannot access account
-
Hello, I have a domain that will expire on 9/2/23. I receive emails, but when I go to login to my account using the same email, I get a message
‘User does not exist. Would you like to create a new account?’
I can’t use the account recovery because I do not have a transaction key, activation URL, or 2FA.
I can provide the domain in question. I need to contact support to get access to my domain.
Thank you.
(I’m using a different account as this is the only way I’ve found to contact wordpress.com)WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

Thanks for clarifying!
I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
You have not shared the domain URL itself (so we are not able to look directly) but it does appear that it is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @c3idesign login.
We are not able to help with account recovery issues here in our public forums, but you can fill out the form here to get direct assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which is the fastest way to regain access to the account so we can help with you renewal. You can typically find on your credit card statement and we have more info on how to find it here as well: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you are connected to the correct account we are happy to help you with managing your renewal and any other issues that may need our assistance. Thanks!
