Domain renewal challenge

  I made advance payment to renew my domain http://www.amoakohealthcarecity.org but i had message that the transaction has declined and the money is still hanging but the word site is not working any meaning its expired.
  i have sent email to address this issue many times but to no avail

  Hi there,

  The domain, amoakohealthcarecity.org, belongs to a completely different account than the one you’re using to post here. Only the account that owns that domain can renew it.

  i have sent email to address this issue many times but to no avail

  We replied to both email tickets you submitted as the ericowusu251 account you’re using to post here within an hour of receiving them, on 27 June and 4 July respectively. Please check your email spam folders for those replies.

  But we just said the same thing there that I’m saying here. You need to log into the account that owns that domain in order to renew it.

  It looks like you also have an open ticket via the correct account where we replied to you on 5 July to help with your payment issue. You have not replied there since then.

  As we explained to you there, your renewal payments are failing because your bank is declining the card. We have no control over that. Please contact your bank to find out why they won’t let these payments go through, or try using a different card.
