Domain renewal – double charged

Hi,
I have just renewed my domain, but I have a payment issue.
I tried to pay with my visa card and it was declined. I gave it another try I was charged twice.How can I get the refund for the second payment?
Do you need any bank document?Thanks in advance

However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from – I do not see any recent payments under this account. Do you have another WordPress.com account? To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

I tried to renew the domain for snoviukoferima.com
It is associated with my blog jelenabasevic.wordpress.comIt is the only account I have.
I got a notification from the bank that the card has been used for this payment, but I couldn’t see any recent payment on my account ether.
I checked and I have funds on my card. It is the same one I used for last renewal.Do you have any idea what might be the problem of should I first get in touch with the bank?

Thank you for the information. I now do see two transactions that actually failed at the following times:
10-Feb-2020 11:24:08and10-Feb-2020 11:41:19Both transactions were declined due to insufficient funds, so we never collected any money from the transactions. If the bank took money out of your account, it should be reposted back into your account soon. I would contact your bank to confirm that will be the case. But, since the card was declined twice, we never received any payment.
