Domain renewal – double charged

Hi,
My domain will be expired on 6th October 2022 and I am thinking of renewal.
However, I have a payment issue. I was charged twice.I have never chosen any payment methods and even not clicked the PAY button but I was charged twice within 4 seconds. I asked for help with the Support Chat at once.
I just clicked “Renew” button once and I was directed to the payment page. When I was trying to enter the coupon codes, I was charged twice at once without clicking any PAY button. I didn’t get enough support from the Support Chat. I am so frustrated wether I can be refunded without losing my domain.
This bad experience is not new to us and It makes me afraid of renewing any other WordPress services in the future.
Could anyone help to investigate the problems and refund?

I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-09-07. So it looks like you got this sorted out?
Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
