Domain renewal (email verification problem)

I’m trying to renew our domain (for a school reading website). In the last year, I moved, so I’m no longer in the school despite still being involved in the project. I had to change my e-mail address from the school e-mail address, and I don’t have an e-mail asking for verification (it may have gotten lost in the move across country in a pandemic). The ‘Resend Email’ button is grayed out, so I don’t have a way to verify my email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and renew the domain. I’ve got 23 days before expiration, but we’d really like to take care of this sooner than later. Thank you for your help.

We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
What is the domain name you’re trying to renew?

What you’ll need to do now is follow the instructions and complete the account recovery form to try to regain access to the account associated with the domain and site: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
Make sure to fill in as much as you can there.
