Domain renewal error

  Hi, I’ve been trying to renew my domain (for $26) and pay via credit card. However, I have been getting the following message since last night:

  Whoops!
  Something has gone wrong with our servers, and we’ve just been notified of the problem.
  This will be fixed as soon as possible, so kindly reload in a minute and things should be back to normal.

  I’m due for renewal on 17 August 2015. Anyone can help?

  Hi, I’ve paid £11 for a mapped domain name (cultureandpolitics.com), but when I enter the address I’m unable to access the blog. Please help

  @bryologue, it looks like you’ve got it.

  @cultpolitical , that domain is pointed to another site right now that says the domain is for sale. If you own the domain, can you point it to our name servers?
