Domain renewal error?

Hi everyone! I purchased and registered my domain through WordPress.com about a year ago. After a few months of using WordPress.com, I started using WordPress.org/Bluehost by changing the name servers/pointing the domain/etc. etc. (this web tech stuff is kind of over my head).

Anyways, my domain that I purchased expires next month. I know that I need to renew it on WordPress.com, but I’m having a hard time. I read on the WordPress.com support page that to renew my domain, I need to log in and go to “Manage Purchases” and “Upgrades”. However, there is just no option to renew my domain there!

When I click “Manage Purchases”, this is what I see: Looking to upgrade? Our plans give your site the power to thrive. Find the plan that works for you.

From there, I can click either Billing History or Upgrade.

My billing history shows that I did purchase my domain through WordPress in Feb 2015. It also says: “The upgrades on your account will not renew automatically. To manage your upgrades or enable Auto Renew visit My Upgrades.”

But if I click My Upgrades, auto renew is not even an option. That page doesn’t even say anything about domains, just WordPress plans I can purchase such as business and premium. Any help would be super appreciated! Thanks!

Does anyone know how to help with this? This is my second time posting on this forum with no response :( Maybe an admin could just manually renew my domain registration?
