Domain Renewal – Expired?

  Hi, our website went down unexpectedly and apparently it’s a problem with our domain. We followed the steps to renew it, but there is no option listed there. How do we find out what the problem is and more importantly, fix it?

  The site I need help with is sudservice.wordpress.com.

  I did not see you mention it, but is this in regards to proupfitters.com? I see that it was renewed on 4/10/2020, but I do not see any renewals for 2021 when I look here. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  I can confirm that the domain is expired but we may still be able to recover it from the registry. Do you wish to recover this domain?
