Domain renewal has occured and clients site is still covered up by black renewel

    My client renewed her domain at Network Solutions and her url is robinneely.com. Her site is still covered by your -time to renew – black screen! I can see her site faintly behind your WordPress renewel reminder screen. How can we get it to appear?

    The robinneely.com domain is registered here through WordPress.com. I am not sure what Network Solutions had her renew, but it would not have been robinneely.com, sadly.

    More importantly, I am sorry to have to say, is that robinneely.com is now in the “redemption” period for renewal and because of that will incur a late fee for renewal from our registrar. I would encourage you to tell her to renew as soon as possible. Every day that a domain is expired past the short “grace period” is a day when it can be swiped by someone.
