Domain Renewal HELP

So I used to have a blog dailyexploration.wordpress.com
I purchased the domain name nickexposed.com and had a web guy move it over to its own hosting. The issue is I cant seem to get back into the ui of the wordpress.com domain to renew my domain. It expires on Sunday and Im afraid Im going to lose it. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Ive sent multiple emails to different wordpress support emails that I found through the web with no reply.Thanks

It was originally the wordpress.com blog http://www.dailyexploration.wordpress.comWhen I log into my wordpress.com account it doesnt show this original blog as one of my blogs. It also doesnt show the domain under my domains. I dont believe its under any old username, as Im pretty sure this has been my only user name since starting with wordpress, however I could be wrong and may need assistance figuring that out if that is the case.

This most of the time is the upgrade was purchased with another account – sometimes the upgrade will be purchased by another person also – so thinking back or checking back to see if you had another account is good
if you have comments to moderate or a contact form – try leaving a comment of sending the form – many times the email for those will still be set to the original account email, that might give you a few bread crumbs to check on

Is there any way to expedite a staff member looking into this? My domain expires tomorrow and I haven’t heard back from WordPress on any of the 5 emails and 2 forum threads I’ve sent. Im just terrified that I may loose my domain registry if this isn’t resolved.

Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.This thread has been tagged for Staff yesterday as stated above. Please don’t bump your thread by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

There are a few days grace period where the domain can be renewed after the expiration date without a penalty.
However looking back in your records to see about a different account you might have used to purchase the domain originally. That would be a help yourself thing you can do while waiting for the staff, including the suggestions I gave above
