Domain renewal help

  Hi there!

  I am trying to renew my domain for the $18 listed in the email reminder from WordPress and when I go to the Purchases link it directs me to I can only find out how to upgrade to a subscription. Could you possibly point me to how I can renew my domain for the 1-time $18?

  Hi there,

  What domain are you trying to renew? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domains with us, and hasn’t owned any upgrades with us since the last one on your account expired and was removed in August 2019.

  If you still have a domain with us, you own it under a different username, and you’ll need to be logged in as that username to renew the domain.

  Hi there,

  Thanks for the pointer. I was clicking to renew straight from the email reminder and it directed me to a different account. I’ve renewed the correct one.
