Domain Renewal Issue

  Hi,

  I was told a few weeks ago to renew the domain for offsiderulepodcast.com. When I tried this the site told me there had been an error and the payment hadn’t processed. A few days later the following appeared on my bank statement…

  WPCHRG.COM US 18.00 VISAXR 1.66821 CD 0716

  It appears the site did register it and the money has been removed from my account but the site is still telling me I need to renew the domain?

  Anyone help?

  The expiration date for offsiderulepodcast.com in our system is indeed listed as August 26, 2015.

  Where do you see it as still in need of renewal?
