Domain Renewal – Late

  I need to renew my domain ASAP as my email, etc. is not working which is causing me loss of business, etc. How can I get this done?

  Hi parentuniversity,

  kixphoto.com expired on 28th October 2018. This domain can no longer be renewed through your account so I will need to contact our domain registrar and make a request for it to be restored.

  It’s worth noting that if the domain enters the redemption period between now and then, an $80 redemption fee will need to be paid in addition to the domain cost.

  I’ve sent a payment request for the domain cost to the email address on your Account Settings page and will contact our registrar once the payment has come through.

  Thanks for your payment. I’ve contacted our domain registrar and asked for kixphoto.com to be restored and will be in touch as soon as I have received a reply — this usually takes 1-2 business days.
