domain renewal / mapping

  Hi,

  I registered one domain catsvie.com on 2011/12/30 and it gets expired on 2012/12/30. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that until today 2013/03/14. I didn’t see renew anymore in domains setup and I don’t know how to renew. I don’t even know my domain can be recovered or not.

  Even worse, I thought I still have the domain and purchased mapping service with that domain today… If I cannot recover my domain (really hope I can), can I get refund for the mapping service?

  Hi there,

  Your domain, catsvie.com, has indeed expired and is about to be released back to the general public, so you will soon be able to re-purchase it for its normal price!

  I have gone ahead and canceled and refunded you for the Domain Mapping which you just purchased. The $13 should be appearing back on your billing statement within the next few days.
