Domain renewal not allowed again

  Hello,

  I’m trying to renew the domain simposioescultoresbentogoncalves.com and I’m having the same problem I had one year go.
  Please check first email I sent or the issue description at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/domain-renewals-not-allowed?replies=8#post-2480980

  The domain will expire on 12th of October.

  I hope you could help me as soon as possible.

  simposioescultoresbentogoncalves.com will need to be renewed from the account that owns this upgrade. That is a different account than the one you’ve contacted us from. This account is listed as an editor on that site.

  Once you login to the correct account, navigate to Manage Purchases. You will find the renewal option.
