Domain renewal not processed

  Hi, I’m having an issue with my domain renewal. After I submitted my payment info, this error message popped up:

  “Something went wrong. The domain was not renewed. Please contact support.”

  However when I checked my credit card statement to see if it actually went through, there is a “WP-FEE.com” entry for the full price listed as a pending transaction.

  Help please.

  I also got an email from wordpress saying that the renewal was purchased successfully, but it’s still not showing up in my dashboard.
